RETURNS

Need to return?  We want you to be happy with your purchase and experience from GODDESS. We will gladly accept items returned within 14 days (including weekends) after delivery.

Any merchandise returned must be received back in its original condition. Your item(s) are expected to be new, un-used, original tags attached, and without any marks or signs of wear (ex. makeup marks, animal hairs(s), deodorant marks, etc.) to be eligible for an exchange, refund, or store credit. If we receive any item(s) that show signs of wear, or odor, we reserve the right to deny any further exchange, refund, or store credit on the returned item(s). 

In the case any returns are sent to GODDESS that does not conform with GODDESS’s return policy, it will be declined and will be shipped back at the customer's expense or disposed of.

We understand deliveries may sometimes be delayed, therefore, return packages postmarked within the 14 days will still be eligible for a refund. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. 

Packages returned to us after 14 days are not eligible for a refund, but can receive store credit only. Packages returned to us after 21 days are not eligible for a refund or store credit.

GODDESS does not cover the return postage, however, our system will automatically generate your label and deduct the shipping fee from your refund. Shipping is nonrefundable. 

Returns requesting a refund will be charged an 8% restock fee.

Shipping and sale items are nonrefundable and only eligible items returned will be refunded if returned within 14 days.

Once your return package has been received and approved, we will process your refund or store credit. An email notification from our team will be sent as soon as the return has been processed.

EXCHANGES

GODDESS now offers exchanges only for domestic orders through our returns department (the same email is mentioned above). Have your order number and email address ready to access the returns department. The email address is case sensitive, make sure the email address is typed in all lowercase and no symbols are used in front of the order number. Please clarify if it will be a return or exchange and the reason and you will be given a return label to print.

GODDESS does not cover the return postage, however, our system will automatically generate your label and deduct the shipping fee from your refund. Returns requesting an exchange will be charged a $5.00 handling fee.

Any return sent back to GODDESS without a return label provided by our return portal or a support team member will not be processed and will be disposed of or shipped back at the customer's expense.

Shipping is nonrefundable. Once your return package has been received and approved, we will process your exchange. An email notification from our team will be sent as soon as the exchange has been processed.

Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. All sale items are FINAL SALE.

What if my return package is lost?

First contact your selected shipping carrier and file a claim then reach out to our team at . GODDESS is not liable for lost return packages. Refunds, store credit, or exchanges must be approved by the GODDESS team. GODDESS has the right to refuse issuing a refund, store credit, or exchange if fraudulent activity is suspected. In addition, GODDESS is not liable for damages that happen to packages in transit during shipment to the customer as well as return packages to GODDESS. Packages not insured  are not eligible for a refund, store credit, or replacement.

What if my item(s) is/are damaged?

Please report any defective items to GODDESS right away at  with photos. For any items from orders placed over 30 days will not be eligible for a refund, store credit, or replacement.

What items are final sale?

Final sale items include: Last Chance Items, Sale items, Final sale items are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
